As you may know if you’ve read my blog “why all recruitment businesses need a business coach” I believe all ambitious businesses should have a coach or a non-exec. It’s for this reason I work with a small number of recruitment business owners coaching and mentoring to accelerate their businesses growth.
I have nearly 20 years of recruitment business building experience, both with my own businesses and those I partner with, and have taken two to sale. Enjoying a sabbatical to study at Cranfield Business School and subsequently sitting on the panel for their Business Growth Programme added valuable academic exposure and lessons in the wider business world. I’ve also had business coaches for my own business. It’s this experience I’m happy to share to help other owner managers make more money, quicker, safer and with less stress. Whether it’s to simply create more profit, reduce the businesses reliance on the owner manager or taking the business to sale, these are all aspects I have experience in.
