An introduction to managing cash in your recruitment business

Summary

Many companies fail within their first two years of business, and often this is down to cashflow – or, more specifically, bad management of cash.

There are some big things to consider when making your cash flow forecasts – from planning for the various taxes that you’ll need to pay (quick tip – don’t **** with the VATman!) to how to work out your average break-even point. Cash management is a big topic – too big to cover in a 15-minute video – so I’ve put together some of the most important things you need to consider in this introduction to the topic.

Watch it today, and if you want to delve a little deeper into cash management, you can also read my blog on the subject.

Are you ready to launch your own recruitment business but want the support of a mentor, some ready capital or even access to support systems and marketing to get you growing as quickly as possible.
