After meeting Harrison, Ollie and Will on numerous occasions I really bought into their immense drive and real entrepreneurial flare. They demonstrated their hunger, ambition and all of the qualities that I look for when taking on exciting new businesses.  We spoke about building the pre-eminent recruitment business in the emerging technology spaces, and from what I saw I knew we could make this happen.

Only 4 months in and Edge Tech has already grown billings to £40k a month. These amazing billing figures are on the back of plenty of hard work and some very impressive digital media numbers. Harrison, Ollie and Will have developed a core base of clients and always go the extra mile to ensure the highest levels of service.

From a scratch start the Edge Tech LinkedIn page has over 1400 followers and the website is getting more than 1000 unique visitors each month. The early signs are I was right, we will build a market leading recruitment business, and after only 2 board meetings I know we’ll have a great deal of fun doing it.

Recently we have embarked on an exciting new journey by stepping away from our day jobs with our previous employer, and have decided to follow our dreams of owning and managing our own recruitment business. Rhys has been instrumental in firstly opening our eyes to the possibilities and the rewards of running our own business but secondly providing unwavering support in getting our business off of the ground.

Rhys has a vast amount of experience of working with and backing a diverse range of recruitment businesses and we have seen first-hand his ability to motivate and inspire people to realise their potential and achieve their goals.
