Summary

Recruitment can be 100 miles an hour and the constant pressure to hit targets means it can be a very stressful industry to work in.

So, looking after your mental health as a recruiter is important for a long and happy career. In this video, I offer some tips from my own experience with mental health and how to spot and mitigate your own signs of stress.

If you found the tips in this video useful, you may also want to listen to my podcast on how to manage time as a recruiter.
